Here are a few cooking tips that I attribute to the less greasy chicken stix:
- First, line the baking sheet with aluminum foil and do not spray with any cooking spray
- Second, do not flip the stix halfway through the cooking time like you might with other small items cooked in a toaster oven
- Third, every toaster oven is different in terms of heating elements and temperature calibration, make sure you know how yours heats up and cooks. I have a Cuisinart Classic and set it on bake at 450 degrees and cooked the stix for 11 minutes. They came out perfect!
