An article on Boston.com today about Budweiser using genetically altered rice in it's beer production got me thinking. First of all, why is Budweiser using rice to brew beer? "The company says it adds rice to give Budweiser its crisp taste, clarity, and brilliance." Then I watched the YouTube video, too funny. Enjoy!
