The party has been scheduled for October 15. I have plenty of time to develop the menu. I've decided that if I use fish for the main course, I'm going to use sea bass or halibut instead of salmon as I initially thought.
I'm also considering a carrot ginger soup instead of the tartare and a hearty one pot like coq au vin for the main course. I'm definitely sticking with a tomato salad for the second course.
Does anyone have anything to say about this? Do I have any readers yet?
