I'd like to thank the Food Network, specifically Juan-Carlos Cruz, Emeril Lagasse, Bobby Flay, and Dave Lieberman for their Mango Ceviche, Spicy Barbecued Shrimp Skewers, Seared Tuna Tostada with Black Bean Mango Salsa, and Grapefruit Granita recipes, respectively.
